Creative Backstage is an award-winning production company winning local and nation awards , we specialize in live event production: Lighting, Sound, Video ,staging, design, labor, logistics and more. Concerts, Festivals, special events, weddings, school, government, sporting, galas, corporate and more
I been in the event industry for over 33 plus years, work from the ground level up to building a 20+ year production company. During this time, I have mentor many people that are now professionals in their field from business owners, to touring, to designers and more.
I created a Facebook group call “Arizona Stagehand Work” we have over 1000 members for people looking for work and companies looking for people.
During the shut downs I created the Arizona Chapter of the Live Event Coalition
My job includes: lighting and production designer, logistics, sales, networking, labor and vendor manager.
I believe in order for the event industry to survive, we must hand down the knowledge we have learned to the newer generations.
