About me
Javid Butler boasts more than 25 years of experience with lighting and HVAC control systems and electronic design, fabrication, assembly and testing. He has designed and implemented large commercial lighting control projects including advanced daylighting control and LED lighting systems. Javid has a proven creative approach to solving complex problems. His work has been circulated in industry publications, and presented at LDI, The LED Show, and other regional trade shows on advanced technology.
As a Certified Measurement & Verification Professional, Javid is responsible for M&V activities through the application of appropriate statistical and load research techniques to measure and verify load reduction impacts resulting during demand response events from residential and commercial programs. His passion led him to the research and analysis of machine learning techniques and relevant frameworks available to implement progressive and cost-effective analytical tools.
