Earlybird founder and partner Eric Marchwinski is an established lighting programmer, lighting director, and technical director.
An impressive background in music and the arts and a wide range of experience across various industry disciplines are combined to create a cohesive perspective that Eric brings to each of the productions he has contributed to.
Over the past 15 years, Eric and the team at Earlybird have worked on some of the largest and most complex projects in the entertainment industry. With each project, they have helped craft unique visual experiences while utilizing and helping develop many of the newest technologies in the lighting and control market. He has worked alongside artists such as Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, Katy Perry, Elton John, Britney Spears, Adele, Beyonce, The Rolling Stones, Bon Jovi, Cher, and more. Additionally, he has worked on annual televised broadcast productions such as the Super Bowl Halftime Show, CMAs, AMAs, VMAs, Billboard Music Awards, and others.
Eric's technical skillset and eye for captivating moments have made him a valued lighting programmer and director in the fast-paced world of large-scale productions.
