Carolyn Slothour is a freelance live sound engineer based in New York specializing in front of house, monitors, and systems engineering. She has toured internationally with bands including Matchbox 20, Rob Thomas, Meet Me @ The Altar, !!! (Chk Chk Chk) and Mija, and has mixed at festivals such as Download UK, When We Were Young, Lollapalooza, Corona Capital, and Slam Dunk. She is the lead instructor at Tech 25, a non-profit organization focused on education, accessibility and diversity within the live entertainment industry and is the chapter head of the Soundgirls New York City chapter.
