This 2-day intermediate course covers the Hog 4 control software which is used on the Hog 4, Full Boar 4, Road Hog 4, Hedgehog 4, and Hog 4PC. This hands-on class will use an industry standard Hog 4 Console connected to Capture visualization software. The class covers most parts of the console software including the new color handling features of v4.0, and plenty of time allotted for questions and general practice time. Prerequisites: Attendee should have prior experience with automated luminaires and a general familiarity with lighting consoles. In addition, they should have working knowledge of the DMX 512 communication protocol, fixture addressing, and patching. Some previous Hog 4 experience is highly recommended but not required.

Participants are expected to attend both days. Lunch is provided each day.
