Ethernet for Entertainment Beginner session covers the basics of Ethernet systems, including cables and connections, simple system architectures, and how to use Ethernet to distribute DMX512. Hands on portion will teach students how to terminate RJ45 connectors. System architecture will discuss basics of switches and the differences between copper and fiber optic signals.
