Enroll in the Pixera Fundamentals course today and secure your spot in Battle of The Busk!Day 1 (Friday) - Live Programming: How to Busk- (9am-5pm)The workshop begins with onboarding all participants on the tools available to them for Monday’s competition. We'll begin with an introduction to the Pixera platform, and how platform architecture can inform the prep of content for busking. We will move on to content gathering and production, including an intro to common creation tools and AI apps, stock sources, and the best practices for organizing content to deliver flexibility when it's showtime. A brief seminar will showcase some of the best methods from top professionals throughout the industry including punt strategies, using video effects, and setting up a tactile operating approach that works for you. After this, we’ll break into teams for the rest of the workshop. Each team will be introduced to their workstation, and begin training and setup procedures for effective pre-visualization and design.
Day 2 (Saturday) - Live Programming: Prep for Success- (9am-5pm)The second day is a full day of hands-on creative exploration. Teams will be given access to their equipment, content, Pixera programmers, and professional mentors in equal blocks to keep them moving towards their final showing. As the day concludes all teams will test their systems and have a chance at last looks before finalizing their busking tool sets for tomorrow's show.
Day3 (Sunday) - The Battle of the Busk (4pm-7pm)The third day of the workshop is the opening day of LDI, and the final competitive showing of all the teams' work. Once the LDI Crew and Connect Industry Party opens at 6pm at the Circle Bar, the industry will gather to observe and vote on their favorite live busking performance. Expect energy, excitement, and a networking event like nowhere else in our industry.
Winners will be announced at the LDI Booth and Product Awards Ceremony on Tuesday morning (9am-10) at the DSE Keynote Stage. Prizes will be awarded.
