Mobile Energy Storage Systems for Entertainment Productions

The drive to sustainable power for entertainment productions relies on the Mobile Energy Storage System (MESS) to reduce the amount of fossil fuels used for our industry. This panel will review the latest technology and advancements for using large scale battery systems in live event and motion picture/television production. Topics that the panel will cover will include: available battery technologies, pros and cons of using a MESS, charging the batteries, managing the system, workflows, hazards, and of course, safety.
